Over the next 12 weeks we willl truly provide a platform for you to grow your business and and REACH FOR THE STARS!! As Patricia Kaye says- this is not for the faint hearted... we are looking for women who are willing to commit to growing their business, and I have heard that commitment has nothing to do with convenience... so we are asking you to stretch yourself... and if you say you can commit, then try hard to stick to that. You will not be reprimanded if you don't but your business will feel the effects when you do personally hold yourself accountable!! In order for us to start on the same page we ask for you to commit to several behaviors, in an effort to stay connected and oving foward. The commitment we ask from you are as follows:

Set your autoship to $255 or $270 (we are interested in growing our business by sharing samples, not just growing our own personal testimonial of the product)

We absolutely require a commitment to making and recieving 1 mentoring and accountability check in call every day (except Sunday) for the next 12 weeks to to your assigned call partner. (So you will be making and recieving a 5 minute check in call daily)

Read our assigned book (Think and Grow Rich-Napoleon Hill and/or The Greatest Saleman-Og Mandino (1 chapter a week)

Participate in your TEAM check in Call on Tuesday (led by your MC) This will include you and the 7 call mates on your team of 8. This will be your Accountability and Training call in a more intimate setting where you can voice your interests, successes, and desires, and really be heard!

Participate in the Thursday Multi Team Training Call (led by all 6 mc's) as a active listener... taking notes, so you can apply the techniques, scripts, and concepts to your own business) This call will occassionally highlight other guest speakers where they can share what is working for them... the call time is the same every week 6:30 pst, 7:30 AZ time, 9:30 est).

Commit to attend the next Rising Star Academy (RSA) in Anaheim California on Feb. 13th and 14th,2009. (we have recieved a block of rooms at a discount at the Cortona Inn, minutes from the Convention Center- and would love it if you'd stay at the same hotel as us, so we can meet and mingle with eachother)

Complete weekly SUCCESS WORK (which is all to build you personally or to build your business) Personal growth should happen between 9pm and 9am, and business growing activities should happen between 9am and 9pm!

Fill out and chart your activity using the AMALAKI $ sheet (provided on Tues. call of week 2). The proper way to use this is like a goal setting (commitment) sheet... NOT A TRACKING SHEET. So you will not get to Monday night and look back on your past week to fill in what did happen. You will start at the beginning of the week and set a commitment of what you intend to accomplish, and then we encourage you to start bringing the sheet with you (in your presentation folder, or your day planner... or somewhere that you have it with you daily) and take notes on the back... i.e.-when you invite someone make notes of your conversation so you will be able to follow up with that person better). By filling it out at the beginning of the week you are setting up a plan, a map for your next week, and it will hel;p eliminate those oents that all of a sudden free up, and we want to do zrii, and yet we do not even know where to begin. We will coach you into owning your HOME BASED BUSINESS... there is a learning curve, but we've all been through it and are sharing it now (learn from others mistakes so you don't have to make them all yourself!!)

All of these behaviors are in place to promote leadership. Our intention is eventually to have Individual Teams of 8 all over the country, teams that band together to get trained, increase volumes, promote ranks and step up as a leader in your own group empowered with integrity, passion, and knowledge!!

Welcome to TEAM OF EIGHT... We had a great first call... hope you joined us and got to hear an intro from each of us... we are real women, all from different backgrounds, with different skill sets and current life situations (some with grown children, small children, no children, or cats and houseplants)... living in different areas in the country... all with different uplines... all at different pin levels (5,6 and 7 star)... who have come together with common intent, which is: to support, uplift, inspire and empower you to grow!!! Because we believe that your Zrii business will grow at the same rate that you do! This concept of Team of Eight is the embodiment of these principles, brought to fruition from the mastermind Patricia Kaye. For that we thank her!! On our call last night we heard each MC introduce herself, and here is a piece of each:

Brooke Hunt, 5 star, Sahuarita, Arizona
Said NO to hearing about Zrii for 2 weeks until her sponsor cornered her on her driveway at 11pm at night, and as been grateful for his persistence ever since!! She grew up in a Network Marketing Family and has witnessed huge success in this industry! She believes Zrii is the platform for her to create a wonderful life for her husband, 3 small kids (ages 1,3, and 5) and self, as a stay at home mom...and also to support others in doing the same. Also knows that when people come together with common intent that magic happens! She feels that Zrii is the greatest company on the planet for women, because it is a company that educates about WELLNESS and women are passionate about keeping their family healthy... she is dedicated to helping women everywhere experience how abundance and an abundant mindset can change everything for themselves! Bonnie Heverly, 6 star, Las Vegas, Nevada (member F.A.B.)
Was one of the first distributors to be invited to join Zrii, because she had an amazing track record in another Network Marketing company where she EXPERIENCED huge success and leadership roles over there. She brings an amazing foundation to our team, has spent thousands of dollars on training workshops, courses, and literature and is willing to share everything she knows with anyone who wants to duplicate what she has done!! She epitomizes the concept of leadership and team unity, and is an incredible asset to our team! Her comment last night was "success isn't determined by how well you do, its in how well you help others do that counts."

Cynthia Cross, 6 star, Tucson, Arizona
Cynthia initially said NO to the Zrii opportunity until she sat in front of our CEO, Bill Farley, at a meeting in Phoenix in December of 2007, and finally understood that we are NOT A JUICE COMPANY! She embraced the leadership, experience, and vision that Mr. Farley and the cofounders bring to Zrii, and understands that they would NOT get involved in Network Marketing, or the Health and Wellness Industry, if they hadn't done their research and understand that this is where the future is headed. She comes from a very successful career in Interior Design, and if you've ever met her you've felt her passion and energy for assisting others in identifying and stepping into their own personal greatness. She believes that we are here to co-create something spectacular, and use Zrii as a vehicle to support others, and create change and transformation. Cynthia attributes her success to her ability to embody the concept of RELATIONSHIP MARKETING (not the 3 foot rule)!!

Christina Kitson, 7 star & Founder, Anthem, Arizona
She comes from an extremely successful business in Network Marketing in another company that was designed for WOMEN. She was driving a white Mercedes (paid for by her previous company) and was extremely loyal and grateful for her success at that company. When she was approached with the Zrii opportunity she initially was looking at the product, as a nutritional supplement she could offer her husband and kids... and had ZERO interest in the business, until she sat down and saw the opportunity to be a part of the ground floor of a company. She asked herself if she wanted to continue trying to maintain her organization in a 30 year old company, or create success for herself in a company where she could offer that same chance to a brand new person because they have timing working FOR them, instead of AGAINST them?!? Jay Tsougrianis, 5 star, Alberta, Canada (member F.A.B.)
Jay was an extremely successful career woman (working mom) and saw zrii as an opportunity to stay at home with her kids (ages 2 and 4) and create a fortune for herself, rather than a salary or commission. She is an incredible example of someone who has allowed this industry to refine her people skills and and taught herself how to posture herself in a professional way, and in so doing has created a very large organization for herself (now international) by utilizing social and Internet marketing techniques. We look forward to her return from growing her business in the prelaunch phases in Mexico soon!

Patricia Kaye, 6 star, Cape Cod, Massachusets (member F.A.B)
She is our East Coast Beauty, was introduced to Zrii by the Master Distributor, Jason Domingo last summer. She has been able to create substantial income in network marketing, which has allowed her to stay at home and raise her children through all the ups and downs in the economy. She refers to herself as a house furline (domestic goddess) with grown children (ages 18,20, and 24) who brings amazing insight to this industry and this company, and is extremely educated in the ways and practices of extremely successful people. She embodies superior health, and offers great insight into the Chopra center lifestyle. Patricia is committed to supporting people in their journey to success and takes a no nonsense approach to running her zrii organization (classic east coaster huh?) She is the vision and glue that holds this team together and sees this Team of Eight as an opportunity to keep like minded people connected, build our business, create an energetic circle, encourage accountability, stay informed, provide focus, clarity and direction, promote daily movement, and help us boost our productivity, duplication and results. We will accomplish this by connecting to other like minded women, regardless of which organization they belong to, across the zrii nation on a perfect avenue for support, to create the life we were born to live, and ultimately realize our WHY!!!!!!
