Participant requirements

Over the next 12 weeks we willl truly provide a platform for you to grow your business and and REACH FOR THE STARS!! As Patricia Kaye says- this is not for the faint hearted... we are looking for women who are willing to commit to growing their business, and I have heard that commitment has nothing to do with convenience... so we are asking you to stretch yourself... and if you say you can commit, then try hard to stick to that. You will not be reprimanded if you don't but your business will feel the effects when you do personally hold yourself accountable!! In order for us to start on the same page we ask for you to commit to several behaviors, in an effort to stay connected and oving foward. The commitment we ask from you are as follows:

Set your autoship to $255 or $270 (we are interested in growing our business by sharing samples, not just growing our own personal testimonial of the product)

We absolutely require a commitment to making and recieving 1 mentoring and accountability check in call every day (except Sunday) for the next 12 weeks to to your assigned call partner. (So you will be making and recieving a 5 minute check in call daily)

Read our assigned book (Think and Grow Rich-Napoleon Hill and/or The Greatest Saleman-Og Mandino (1 chapter a week)

Participate in your TEAM check in Call on Tuesday (led by your MC) This will include you and the 7 call mates on your team of 8. This will be your Accountability and Training call in a more intimate setting where you can voice your interests, successes, and desires, and really be heard!

Participate in the Thursday Multi Team Training Call (led by all 6 mc's) as a active listener... taking notes, so you can apply the techniques, scripts, and concepts to your own business) This call will occassionally highlight other guest speakers where they can share what is working for them... the call time is the same every week 6:30 pst, 7:30 AZ time, 9:30 est).

Commit to attend the next Rising Star Academy (RSA) in Anaheim California on Feb. 13th and 14th,2009. (we have recieved a block of rooms at a discount at the Cortona Inn, minutes from the Convention Center- and would love it if you'd stay at the same hotel as us, so we can meet and mingle with eachother)

Complete weekly SUCCESS WORK (which is all to build you personally or to build your business) Personal growth should happen between 9pm and 9am, and business growing activities should happen between 9am and 9pm!

Fill out and chart your activity using the AMALAKI $ sheet (provided on Tues. call of week 2). The proper way to use this is like a goal setting (commitment) sheet... NOT A TRACKING SHEET. So you will not get to Monday night and look back on your past week to fill in what did happen. You will start at the beginning of the week and set a commitment of what you intend to accomplish, and then we encourage you to start bringing the sheet with you (in your presentation folder, or your day planner... or somewhere that you have it with you daily) and take notes on the back... i.e.-when you invite someone make notes of your conversation so you will be able to follow up with that person better). By filling it out at the beginning of the week you are setting up a plan, a map for your next week, and it will hel;p eliminate those oents that all of a sudden free up, and we want to do zrii, and yet we do not even know where to begin. We will coach you into owning your HOME BASED BUSINESS... there is a learning curve, but we've all been through it and are sharing it now (learn from others mistakes so you don't have to make them all yourself!!)

All of these behaviors are in place to promote leadership. Our intention is eventually to have Individual Teams of 8 all over the country, teams that band together to get trained, increase volumes, promote ranks and step up as a leader in your own group empowered with integrity, passion, and knowledge!!
